USABeards.com guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that you have a defective product, immediately alert USABeards.com customer service (Contact US) and we will send you a RA# (return authorization form) and address to return the product to. Customers are responsible for all returned shipping cost.
Once the product is examined, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date and are only available for unopened and unused product. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
