Shipping ​

Typically all of our orders are processed and shipped United States Postal Service and here are the different shipping options:

USA Lower 48 States Shipping Rates:

• FREE USPS Standard Shipping on orders over $50.00 
• Orders $49 and under are shipped USPS Standard Shipping at the following rates (based on dollar total):
  • $5.00 to $13.99 - $3.99 
  • $14.00 to $49.99 - $7.95
  • $50.00 and up - FREE Shipping
• USPS Priority Mail:  2 Business Days Flat Rate - $7.99
• We DO NOT ship internationally due to excessive shipping cost, customs charges, etc. 

Handling/Processing Time:
We generally have our orders shipped the following business day but due to times of high volume (like Christmas time), turn around times may reach up to 3-4 business days.   However, if something delays your order, you will be notified immediately.

Once your order ships out you will send a USPS tracking number to your email. If a few days pass by and you haven't received your tracking number, drop us a line at [email protected] and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order.  Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
• We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
